Arrant Fitness is about sharing the information that has led me to achieving the best physical shape of my life.
Now in my forties, I can testify that it is completely within an individual’s grasp to pursue, achieve, and maintain physical fitness if you are committed to doing so.
I am stronger, more defined, and more muscular now than I have ever been. How did this happen?

The first Law of Motion: An object in a state of rest or uniform motion will remain in that state unless an external force is applied.
If you are ready to change, to become the physically healthy person that you can become…you must become that external force. Stay in motion!
Getting up, getting moving, having a goal and committing to it are lifestyle changes. We’re not talking about the empty resolutions of diet and exercise. I’m talking about changing your life!
Eating wisely, engaging in routine physical activity, and having the positive mindset that you can affect a personal change are absolutely mandatory. You can do this!
I am not a doctor, nor do I advise engaging in these positive changes without first consulting with one.
Who I am is a fitness enthusiast who has enjoyed the top physical conditioning of his life. And I want to share my experiences, knowledge, and achievements with you.
